Feron – Product Details
Feron tablets are haematinic and iron supplements based on ferrous fumarate with added vitamins and zinc to treat the high prevalence of iron deficiency anaemia. Ferrous fumarate is less irritating to the gastric mucosa than many traditional oral iron salts, reducing problems such as gastritis, constipation or diarrhoea. Feron addresses anaemia due to menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, chronic blood loss, frequent blood donation, pregnancy and lactation or post accidental bleeding. By providing iron with supportive vitamins and zinc it helps raise haemoglobin, corrects both microcytic and macrocytic anaemia and improves symptoms like fatigue, vertigo, palpitations and neuropathic complaints.
